Product catalog summary
Technical Specifications
Model M2H is a two-valve instrument manifold designed for isolation, bleeding, calibration, and testing of instruments. It features a compact design with self-aligning metal seats and a non-rotating spindle tip. The manifold is constructed from AISI316 material with 1/2” NPT-f inlet and outlet, and a 1/4" NPT-f vent (plugged). It includes a metal seal between the body and bonnet, bonnet locking pins, and a safety back seating T-bar. All materials are fully traceable and 100% pressure tested.

Design Information
The manifold supports pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi) and temperatures up to 240°C. It is available with various seat and seal materials, including PTFE and graphoil packing. The design includes a metal seal HS type and is compatible with a range of materials such as carbon steel, AISI316L, AISI304, Monel, and Hastelloy.

Options and Special Executions
Additional options include different inlet and outlet sizes, a high-temperature tip, and a handle with an anti-tamper facility. The manifold can be cleaned for oxygen service and comes with material, test, and NACE certificates.

Pressure and Temperature Ratings
The manifold can handle pressures up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) and temperatures up to 550°C. A pressure table is provided to illustrate the relationship between temperature and pressure, with maximum pressure ratings decreasing as temperature increases.
