Functional Design
The splicer accommodates two full rolls of paper, each up to 1070 mm in diameter. It features an automatic splice trigger and accurate web tension control. The splice cycle is initiated when the running roll reaches a pre-selected diameter, with an audible signal alerting the operator. The design allows for clockwise or counterclockwise unwinding and simultaneous unwinding of two rolls without splicing.
