Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles Overview
Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles are designed to finely atomize water, high viscosity liquids, and slurries using compressed air or steam. They offer precise droplet size control by adjusting operating pressure, gas flows, and liquid flows. These nozzles are resistant to abrasion and plugging and are available in various materials such as 316L stainless steel, hardened steel, and ceramics.

Applications
The nozzles are used in gas cooling and conditioning, particulate scrubbing, gas absorption, spray drying, waste fuel combustion, and dust suppression.

Two-Phase Nozzles
These nozzles mix gas and liquid within the nozzle to create a sonic-flow mixture, reducing erosion and plugging. They can atomize a variety of liquids, including slurries and high viscosity sludges.

Performance and Design
