BP-Series Twin-Screw The flagship product of our continuous mixing line holds approximately half of the market share in thermoset compounding across the globe. High free-volume, looser clearances and 40% more intake capacity make the BP series twin-screw an ideal choice for processing of fiber-reinforced and highly-filled compounds. The BP-Series is a co-rotating and intermeshing twin-screw which can be offered with a clamshell barrel for ease of maintenance and cleaning or in a solid-segmented barrel configuration for maximum versatility. BP-Series machines are available in 19, 30, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, and 160mm standard sizes, as well as custom sizes up to 875mm. Various materials of construction are available for the specific application.
