Product Description: The FRP sheet is a glass fiber reinforced composite polyester sheet, available in smooth or embossed surfaces. It serves as the base for products like Renopanel, RenoCemPanel, Insupanel, HygiCeil, and HygiWall, suitable for both new constructions and renovations.

Characteristics: The FRP polyester sheet is food safe, chemical resistant, economical, ecological, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, water and dirt resistant, easy to clean, non-corrosive, high impact and scratch proof, quick to install, and available in all RAL colors with standard RAL 9016 (hygienic white). It is also optionally fire retardant with Euroclass E.

Applications: Suitable for hygienic protection in various industries including food processing, bakeries, meat processing, restaurants, fish factories, dairy, slaughterhouses, clean rooms, hospitals, public buildings, transportation, health clubs, sports facilities, commercial buildings, chemical and petrochemical industries, marine applications, and more.

Technical Data: The sheets are available in different dimensions and thicknesses, with a weight of 3 kg/m² for 2mm thickness and 3.52 kg/m² for 2.3mm thickness. They have a temperature range of -60°C to +100°C and various mechanical properties such as traction strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength.

Chemical Resistance: The FRP sheets are resistant to various chemicals like linseed oil, lubricant oil, mineral oil, acetic acid (up to 25%), butyric acid, stearic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, lactic acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid (up to 80%), hydrogen peroxide, ethylic alcohol, methylic alcohol, ammonia, sodium bicarbonate, and more. They are not resistant to acetic acid (50% and above), hydrofluoric acid, chloroform, dietilic ether, and phenol.

Approvals and Classifications: The product is compliant with HACCP standards and has been tested for bacterial adherence, showing low adhesion for bacteria like Salmonella choleraesuis, Escherichia coli, and Listeria monocytogenes. It holds Afsset (A+) and Greenguard certificates for low emissions.

Installation: Recommended installation methods include using HygiSeal for seamless connections or profiles for start/end, internal/external corners, and wall/ceiling coving. Consumption rates for adhesives and sealants are provided.
