But ofcourse the problem only occurs occasionally, one or two times each month. Now it would be very helpful to record all data of the EIB/KNX bus, and to analyze the data after the customer has reported a failure. You can do that with the EIBAnalyzer, without leaving a complete PC for the logging at your customer's place. Simply install the rail mountable analyzer device, plug in an USB stick, and let it run. After the problem occurred, unplug the stick, and use the included EIBDoktor software to check out what exactly had happened on the EIB/KNX.
