Many cleaning fluids tend to have air bubbles. (Hydrogen peroxide bubbles prevent measurement with high repeatability.) No flowmeter can measure micro flow rates of several mL/min with high repeatability. Ultrasonic flowmeters are affected by air bubbles, so their measurements are not reliable.
