MOULDED Shapes For Connectors Other moulded shapes OVERMOULDING CABLE JACKETING Extruded profiles ADDIX has a wealth of experience in design and manufacture of connectors insulators, Interface mats, sealing O-rings and protec tion caps. These elements are manufactured in a variety of elastomers including polychloroprenes, silicones, fluoro-silicones and heatsetting compounds - the special characteristics (flame resistance, low toxicity, low smoke, ...) can be incorporated if desired. In close co-operation with the customer's technical and commercial departments, ADDIX can : • Mould any shapes in accordance to drawings, customer requirements or technical specifications, in small, medium and high volumes. • Design and manufacture corresponding tooling. • Produce 300x300 sheets from 0.5 to 10mm with accurate tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm in all materials and hardnesses. • Manufacture your o-ring requests according to European and American standards in a complete range of elastomers capable of meeting the needs of virtually all special applications required - both static and dynamic. ADDIX produces composite shapes made by hot bonding of all elasto mers onto different substrates: • Metal alloys, • PTFE, • polyamide, • carbon fibres, • Aramide fibres and other textiles, • heatsetting compounds... These products have diverse applications : Shocks absorbers, low and high pressure valves, coupling sleeves with cloth inserts, prehensions. and specials. Temperature and high pres sure resistance. In addition to the AXON' group interconnect expertise, ADDIX propose a wide range of elasto meric cable jacketing. ADDIX is equipped with a clean room and can offer the complete answer to the highly demanding requirements of the medical market.
