SRZ Helical Gear Flow Meter Overview:

The SRZ series is a helical gear flow meter featuring two cycloid-shaped screw spindles that rotate inside a cylindrical housing. This design allows for axial flow without pulsation, making it highly accurate and largely independent of fluid viscosity. It is ideal for measuring polyurethanes, polymers, glues, sealing materials, and heavy fuel oils due to its lower pressure drop compared to other flow meters.

The SRZ series represents a helical gear flow meter that is constructed of two highly accurate cycloid shaped screw spindles that mesh and rotate inside the cylindrical housing with two overlapping holes in the form of a figure 8, which forms the measuring chamber. The medium flows in an axial direction rotating the spindles without pulsation. The SRZ helical gear flow meter is highly accurate with wider measuring ranges, and is largely independent of your fluid viscosity.
