JVHS Meter Overview

The JVHS series are positive displacement flow meters designed for high-pressure systems up to 15,000 psi. They feature medium pressure autoclave connections, 316 SS bodies, and Xylan coated bolts. These meters are bi-directional and can be hydrotested to 1.5 times the working pressure. They are suitable for high-pressure hydraulic and fuel systems, as well as offshore chemical injection systems. ATEX certificates for non-sparking devices and material certificates 2.2 and 3.1.b are available.

The JVHS series of positive displacement flow meters are designed for high pressure systems requiring flow meters rated up to 15,000 psi (1035 bar) working pressure. The JVHS meters are equipped with medium pressure autoclave connections, 316 SS bodies and Xylan coated bolts. The flow meters are bi-directional and can be hydrotested to 1.5X the working pressure rating. A complete line of explosion proof sensors and displays are available for the JVHS meters. Typical applications include high pressure hydraulic and fuel systems and off shore chemical injection systems ranging from methanol, corrosion and wax inhibitors, and water treatment chemicals.
