AIRCRAFT AEROSPACE Automatic Aero-Caster® System and Traction Drives are incorporated for plane assembly and body join fixtures. Each fixture has twentytwo 48” diameter Aero-Casters®, four 1,8t drawbar fixed drives and two 600kg steerable, quick attach traction drives. The 1,8t drawbar traction drives are used to move the system down the assembly line, while the 600 kg drawbar drives are used for disassembly and moving the empty assembly fixtures.
