The cutting process is divided into several steps with specific speed and positioning parameters:
Travel speeds and stopping times:
Positioning points: Home position, leaving 7 mm, leaving 0.5 mm, maximum value.
The system supports teaching and programming of up to 16 points for positioning and speed settings. It allows configuration of sequences including input/output signals and conditions for automated operation.
Controller Features:
The controller supports numerical input for position, speed, acceleration, and pushing force, enabling precise control of the cutting process.
The workflow involves transferring the workpiece from the mold machine to the nipper position at the home position, starting the cutting sequence upon receiving a start signal, and conveying the finished product with an extraction unit after cutting completion. Signals are issued at key steps to synchronize operations.
Heat Air Nippers Couteaux a Lame Chauffante These air nippers are connected to a heater to suppress cracks and whitening of clear materials such as acrylic. The gate is slowly melted as it's cut, resulting in a clean, unblemished cut surface.
