Overview: The TRS360 is a full-height
turnstile designed for secure and autonomous access control. It features a modular design with options for 3 or 4 arms, suitable for single or double passage in a manual version. The turnstile is bi-directional and includes a 120° 3-wing configuration.
Design and Structure: The turnstile is constructed with a painted modular steel frame, including folded sheet steel uprights, curved panels with perforated steel plates, and a lockable upper box section. It features tubular steel fixed combs and a rotating obstacle made of painted steel tubes.
Mechanical and Logical Assembly: The electro-mechanical assembly includes solenoids and cams for locking, a compensating arm with tension springs, a self-adjusting oil damper, and a mechanism to prevent return after 60° rotation. The logical assembly operates on a 24V AC control logic with a digital keyboard and LCD screen for parameter settings.
Operating Modes: The TRS360 can be configured in five operating modes: free access, permanently locked, locked but free to rotate in case of power failure, electrically controlled, and electrically controlled but free to rotate in case of power failure.
Surface Treatment: The metal framework undergoes anti-corrosion treatment with zinc phosphating and cataphoresis, followed by a powder-coated polyester finish. Internal parts are galvanized, cataphoresed, or anodized.
Technical Characteristics: The turnstile operates on a 230V single-phase power supply with 24V AC control circuits. It has a power consumption of 100VA, operates in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C, and supports 95% relative humidity. It has an MTBF of 2 years and an MCBF of 1 million operations.
Compliance and Options: The TRS360 complies with machinery, low voltage safety, and electromagnetic compatibility directives. Optional features include dual access control, stainless steel mobile obstacles, climb-proof top section, integrated lighting, and various customization options.
Installation and Maintenance: The turnstile requires a 230V single-phase power supply and may need masonry work as per the general arrangement drawing. A drilling template is supplied as standard.
