Overview: The RB60/80 automatic rising obstacle is designed to protect and control access to sites vulnerable to break-ins. It is suitable for urban environments, providing an invisible barrier when lowered and controlling vehicle access to pedestrian areas.
Description: The obstacle features a 275 mm diameter, 6 mm thick brushed AISI304 stainless steel with a non-slip cast aluminum cover. It includes a double white reflective strip and is available in heights of 600 or 800 mm. The structure is supported by thick steel sections and a galvanized sheet steel embedded casing. A double-acting central hydraulic jack facilitates raising and lowering, with a pressure-sensitive switch or mechanical stop for positioning.
Surface Protection: The mobile obstacle is made of AISI304 stainless steel, with a supporting structure coated with two-component epoxy over hot galvanization. The embedded casing is also hot galvanized.
Technical Characteristics: The obstacle can withstand impacts of 6,000 joules and operates with a 220V single-phase power supply at 50Hz, with a maximum power of 400W. It raises and lowers at 10 cm/sec and has a protection index of IP67. It is designed for 10,000 operations per day and has a mechanical endurance of 2,000,000 cycles. Operating temperatures range from -15 to +70°C.
Options: Available options include indicator lights, an intermittent audible signal, a heated cover for extreme temperatures, and an electrovalve for lowering during power failures. Additional cable lengths and a 110V 60Hz power supply are also available.
Installation Requirements: The installation requires embedding the casing in a concrete foundation, drainage or connection to mains drainage, and a 220V single-phase power supply. Electrical cables for connection are not supplied.
