What is Autodesk DirectConnect? Autodesk® DirectConnect’s a family of data translators that lets you import and export CAD data into: ■ Autodesk® Alias™ Autodesk® Maya® Autodesk® Showcase™ Autodesk® Opticore Studio Each Autodesk DirectConnect translator lets you import a specific CAD file format into one or more of the Autodesk software products listed above. In addition, you can export some CAD file formats from some products with Autodesk® DirectConnect.
