The DS-A 680 features changeable, grooved wear plates made of HARDOX material, ensuring trouble-free continuous operation. It has a compression force of 680 kN and a special pressure of 400 N/cm². The motor power is 22 kW, with a loading aperture of 800x400 mm. The theoretical power reaches up to 20 m³/h, and it can process 1700-2200 kg/h of steel cans. Its dimensions are 5200x1500x2200 mm, and it weighs 5500 kg.

DS-A 700
This model uses a newly developed press system with 4 cylinders and 3 flaps in one cycle, achieving high-density bales even with mixed materials. It operates without knives, reducing maintenance needs. The DS-A 700 is controlled by a PLC and can be connected to a data highway. It features HARDOX wear plates for extended machine life. With a pressure of 80 t, it achieves a density of 1,400 kg/m³ for steel cans and a throughput of 3 t/h. It is ideal for can production scraps and sorting plants. The machine's dimensions are 5700x2400x3500 mm, and it weighs 8820 kg.
