For treatment of car and commercial vehicle bodies. • Remains flexible after drying • Excellent adhesion to metals • Good resistance to weather effects, weak acids and bases • Reliable corrosion protection SUBSTRATES Various metal surfaces, primed metal parts, fully cured old / OEM coatings. SUBSTRATE PRETREATMENT • Clean and degrease the surface with C.A.R.FIT Silicone Remover • Remove old coating and sand corrosion spots with grit P80 - P240 • Again clean and degrease the surface with C.A.R.FIT Silicone Remover and thoroughly dry it Shake thoroughly for at least 2 min Flash-off between layers: 3 - 5 min • Spraying distance: 25 cm • Do not apply on chrome-plated surfaces • Apply at room temperature. Optimal application temperature: 15 - 25°C • Shake the spray can once more before application of each new coat • After use, hold aerosol can upside down and spray briefly to clean the nozzle • Maximum heat-resistance and fuel-resistance is achieved after stoving at 160 - 200°C for ca. 30 min FURTHER TREATMENT Drying time depends on environment temperature, humidity and coating thickness TECHNICAL DATA This is a pressurized container, do not expose to direct sunlight or store above 35°C
