PAINTWORKS MATERIALS DESCRIPTION 2K HS Acryl Grundierfuller 4:1, 2K HS Acryl Primer Filler 4:1 2K HS Acryl Primer Filler 4:1 - high quality two component acrylic primer filler for treatment of automotive parts made of various standard materials. This is the ideal product that ensures the perfect appearance of parts after refinish. The primer filler has excellent filling properties. The product is VOC compliant. APPLICATION Suitable for repair of light and medium damages of metal body parts or parts treated with polyester putties. SUBSTRATE PRETREATMENT Substrates to be treated must be cleaned, dried, degreased with CAR.FIT Silicone Remover and sanded. After sanding clean with CAR.FIT Silicone Remover once more • Bare metal: with grit P220 - P240 dry • OEM / old coatings: with grit P280 - P320 dry or P800 wet • Fiberglass: with grit P320 dry • Polyester putties: with grit P120-P320 dry 4:1 by volume with Hardener for 2K HS Acryl Primer Filler 4:1 Up to max. 5% C.A.R.FIT Universal Thinner if necessary 1.5 - 1.8mm / Inlet pressure: see spray gun manufacturer's tips 2 - 3 normal coats = 80 - 100 p Flash-off between coats: 5-10 min Flash-off before forced drying: 10 min at 20°C *metal temperature Sand dry with grit P320-P500 Sand wet with grit P600-1000 Recoat with both waterborne and solvent-based topcoats 1. Clean the spray gun after material application with Washing Thinner.
