Vacuum Chambers

Product catalog summary
General Information
The document provides an overview of Audionvac vacuum chamber machines, which are used to remove air from bags using a vacuum pump and then seal them. The machines range from small tabletop models to large double chamber units, with cabinets made of stainless steel and chambers made of either stainless steel or aluminum. Different models feature various lid types, including flat transparent, high transparent, aluminum with window, and stainless steel lids. Chambers can be stainless steel press molded or aluminum.
Digital Control Panel
All models are equipped with a digital control panel that is easy to program. Models VMS 43, 53, 93, 113, and 133(L) have a 1-program control panel, while others have a 10-program control panel. The soft-air function is standard in 10-program models, allowing for gentle air re-entry to prevent damage to fragile or sharp products.
Options, Accessories & Extended Functions
Options: Various sealing bar configurations, sensor control for precise vacuum or gas levels, gas flush for extended shelf life, and external pump placement for clean room applications. Additional options include powder and liquid filters, voltage customization, and ESD protection for electronic products.
Accessories: Gas kits for post-factory gas flush addition, tilted plates for liquid bags, platforms for different package types, and extra cassettes for varied package sizes.
Extended Functions: Multi-cycle for low oxygen packaging, Gas Plus for ballooning packages, and expansion reduction for fresh meat packaging.
Specification Overview
The document details technical specifications for various models, including seal width, seal bar configuration, chamber sizes, machine dimensions, pump capacity, power supply, and power consumption. Models like VMS 43, 53, 93, 113, 123, 133, 133L, 153, 163, 163W, 173, 193, and VM 203 are covered, each with specific features and capabilities.
Table-, Floor-, and Double Chamber Models
Models such as VMS 93, 53, and 113 are highlighted, with detailed technical information provided for each, including seal bar length, effective and absolute chamber sizes, and machine dimensions.

GENERAL INFORMATION A vacuum chamber machine removes the air out of a bag by using of a acuum pump. Once the air has been removed the bag is v then sealed. The Audionvac models start with a small tabletop model and progress through various sizes to a very large double chamber unit. The cabinet of every model is made of stainless steel, while the chamber is either constructed of stainless steel (VMS machines) or aluminum (VM machines). Each model has a unique combination of ifferent types of lids and chambers. d Filler plates All models come with filler plates so that the working height inside...

Audion, manufacturer of packaging machines since 1947 OPTIONS, ACCESSORIES & EXTENDED FUNCTIONS OPTIONS Sealing bar configurations There are some models that can be equipped with different sealing bar configurations. The different possible sealing bar configurations are indi ated next to each model. c Sensor control When it is important to obtain an exact vacuum or gas level we recommend a sensor control. The standard machine normally relies on a time cycle for the vacuum and gas levels, which is accurate enough for most applications. However, when dealing with products that vary in volume or...

Liquid filter Liquid filter is recommended if the machine is used to pack liquids. The filter prevents the liquid from going into the vacuum pump and causing corrosion. Voltages, Phase and Frequency All models can be supplied with a different voltage, phase and frequency to accommodate specific requirements of the customer. ACCESSORIES Gas kit Gas kit is a group of parts that can be mounted to the machine to add gas flush function after the machine has left the factory. Gas kit is available on all the models manufactured after 2006 that have gas flush as an option. Tilted plate for liquid bags...
