Industrial Sealer Magneta A professional semi-automatic impulse sealer with powerful, bi-active 5 mm seal. The ISM has been developed for packing food or parts, even during intensive use. The bi-active powerful heating of the sealing bars allows almost all modern film materials easily getting sealed (PE/PP or laminates). The sealing bars are closed by means of a light pressure on the electric foot operation after which the ISM will produce a strong and reliable 5 mm seal. The digital control panel easily allows you to set the ideal sealing and cooling time. Due to the special construction of sealwire tensioners the sealwire remains optimally tight even during intensive use. This ensures an excellent and reliable 5 mm seal. Optionally, an integrated cutting device allows you to cut the film at the desired length in case of producing your own bags from lay flat film or just cutting the bag above the seal. For food and pharma industry this high performance ISM is also available in a high quality full stainless steel body.
