Hydraulic cushionings Hydraulic cushionings at stroke end are recommended for speed higher than 0,05 m/s and if there is no external softening system. Atos cushioning profiles are designed to perform an effective reduction of rod speed before hitting the mechanical stroke end and to dissipate high energies, limiting the pressure peak.
