Proportional pressure valves AGMZO-AES

Product catalog summary
Overview: This document provides detailed information on Atos AGMZO-AES proportional relief valves, which are pilot-operated and designed for pressure regulation based on an electronic reference signal. These valves come in various models, including those with integral electronics for enhanced functionality.
Specifications: The AGMZO valves are available in sizes 10, 20, and 32, with maximum flow rates of 200, 400, and 600 l/min, respectively, and a maximum pressure of 350 bar. They are optimized for use with Atos electronic drivers.
Model Variants: The document describes model variants: -A (without integral transducer), -AE (with analogue integral electronics), and -AES (with digital integral electronics). The -AES models support communication interfaces like Serial, CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP, and EtherCAT.
Hydraulic Characteristics: The valves use hydraulic oil per DIN standards, with a recommended viscosity of 15-100 mm²/s at 40°C, maintaining a fluid contamination class of ISO 4406 class 20/18/15.
Electronic Drivers: Compatible electronic drivers are outlined, detailing power supply requirements, input/output signals, and customization options such as current reference input and enable signals.
Installation and Safety: Installation and wiring must follow specific guidelines to ensure safety and compliance with European standards. The valves are CE marked and not intended for direct safety functions.
Software Tools: Atos provides E-SW programming software for valve configuration and parameterization, compatible with various communication interfaces.
Software Activation and Access: The software is active for 10 days post-installation, after which a password is required for continued use. This password is emailed to users, granting access to software updates, manuals, drivers, and configuration files.
Communication Connectors: Various communication connectors are detailed, including a 12-pin option and a 7-pin standard connector, with specific connectors for EtherCAT and Serial communications.
Digital Integral Driver Functions: The document outlines the functions and electronic connections of the AES-EH digital integral driver, including model codes for power supply and communication connectors, which must be ordered separately.
Installation Dimensions and Specifications: Detailed installation dimensions and specifications for AGMZO models are provided, including mounting surfaces, fastening bolts, seals, and port dimensions.
Protection and Communication Interfaces: The protection degree for connectors is specified as IP65 or IP67, depending on the model, with communication interfaces available such as PROFIBUS DP, CANopen, and EtherCAT.

Proportional pressure valves AGMZO-AES-1

Proportional relief valves type AGMZO-AES two stage, without integral pressure transducer, ISO 6264 size 10, 20 and 32 AGMZO are poppet type proportional pressure relief valves, pilot operated without integral pressure transducer, which provide pressure regulation proportional to electronic reference signal. They operate in association with electronic drivers, see section ‫ ,ݘ‬which supply the proportional valve with proper current to align valve regulation to the reference signal supplied to the electronic driver. They are available in different executions: • -A, without integral pressure transducer. • -AE, -AES, as -A plus analogue (AE) or digital (AES) integral electronics ‫.ܫ‬ Main poppet Mechanical pilot relief valve Integral electronics The pilot relief valve ቤ with manual adjustment is installed to limit the max pressure value. GENERAL NOTES AGMZO proportional valves are CE marked according to the applicable Directives (e.g. Immunity/Emission EMC Directive). Installation, wirings and start-up procedures must be performed according to the general prescriptions shown in table F003 and in the installation notes supplied with relevant components. The electrical signals of the valve (e.g. monitor signals) must not be directly used to activate safety functions, like to switch-ON/OFF the machine’s safety components, as prescribed by the European standards (Safety requirements of fluid technology systems and components-hydraulics,...
