VEGO Series – A New Generation of Handling Modules Line unloader with capacity for three magazines VEGO Dynamic Description The line unloading station AMS 03 Speed is used to automatically unload PCBs from an SMT-production line or from individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. Arriving PCBs are taken over on the inlet conveyor and then transported horizontally and vertically on an integrated shuttle lift unit and subsequently pushed into the magazine with an inserter mechanism. The system is characterized by its short cycle time. The open magazine table is fixed in position and provides easy access to the magazines. Magazine exchange during running operation ensures continuous line unloading.
