DIVISIO Series – Evolution in Depaneling DIVISIO Series ASYS is always at the cutting-edge for highest productivity and proven capability with the DIVISIO Depaneling Systems. ASYS provides a comprehensive product line of depaneling solutions that range from a semi-automatic model to a high-end inline system. All DIVISIO Series machines utilize the latest linear motor technology and are ergonomically designed with particular focus on easy-to-use operation and minimization of the footprint. The DIVISIO 2000 Ergo Base is the first step toward stress-free and automatic depaneling of PCBs. The semi-automatic depaneling system is a benchmark for cost-efficient production of mid-volumes and mid-level product mix. The system is the ideal basis for prototyping, for the production of small batches and as a back-up for inline production. The DIVISIO 2000 Ergo provides cost-efficient and stress-free depaneling for small batches. The system can therefore be used without any restrictions as a back-up for inline production. The routing axis of the depaneling system DIVISIO 2100 Ergo can be positioned either above or below the electrically driven rotary table. The DIVISIO 3000 Compact is a highly compact depaneling system and can be equipped with different cutting modules. Processing the PCB panel from above, the cutting module is mounted on a linear driven Y-axis. The stopper allows automatic processing of different sized PCBs. The DIVISIO 3100 Compact is equipped with an additional X-axis which enables to carry out the cutting process in X- and Y-direction. The DIVISIO 4000 Volume is an automatic inline system for high volumes and a small product mix. Arriving panels are transferred to a conveyor, lifted and then picked up by the gripper adapter. The milling cutter is mounted in a fixed position. Different conveyors can be integrated. The DIVISIO 5000 Flexible delivers flexible high-speed depaneling on a small footprint. The system consists of 2 lanes which can be configured according to the customer’s demands. The handling gripper axis is made of carbon reinforced plastic, ensuring high stiffness and accuracy. The DIVISIO 6000 Speed is a high dynamic depaneling system for maximum throughput rates. In addition to the high throughput, a modular system enables the integration of final assembly processes. The modular design provides a wide range of freedom. The functional areas for ‘depaneling’ and ‘feeding to follow-up process’ are supplemented with a new, additional functional area which enables simple adaptation to speed or process applications.
