ASYS TECTON - Tray and Transfer Systems Tray System Description PARIO 1000 is loaded manually from the outside with equipped trays. The tray stacks move automatically into the palletiser where they are separated. A Scara robot – in combination with a horizontal axis – removes the products and places them on the assembly line. The empty trays are piled to a tray stack and conveyed automatically out of the machine at the end of the process. PARIO 1000 can be used for loading or unloading of trays.
