ASYS TECTON – Tray Handling and Transfer Systems Trayhandling Conzept Buffering System Tray Handling Systems Description The tray handling system PARIO 700 flex buffers trays in an automated production line. The system is docked to a process system. The system enables independent loading and unloading of trays during the manufacturing process, allowing efficient operation and simple and fast setup of the system. A single tray is placed on the loading conveyor of the PARIO 700 flex. A lifting conveyor delivers this tray to a certain position in the buffer. If the tray is requested by the docked process system, the tray is retrieved from the buffer and made available on the lower track of the process system for loading or unloading. Alternatively, the entire buffer can also be loaded and unloaded via a separate access.
