INSIGNUM Laser – Power & Precision in Marking ASYS Sets a New Standard for Customized Performance With the INSIGNUM Series of Laser Marking Systems, ASYS has provided a comprehensive product line of solutions that range from an ofine base model to a high-end inline system. All INSIGNUM Series machines can be used ofine or inline. A suitable laser can be integrated for any required application so that it is possible to mark any hard material, whether it is metal, plastic, or ceramic. A CO2-laser or fiber-laser is integrated as standard. The INSIGNUM 1000 Laser is the entry-level machine in the INSIGNUM Series and is equipped with an optional manually adjustable laser assembly. A manual drawer system is included as a standard with the possibility to integrate a conveyor and a flip-station. The INSIGNUM 2000 Laser is the high speed model in the series which can mark with a cycle time of up to 20 codes per 15 seconds (incl. handling and verification). A flip station can be integrated for double sided marking. The INSIGNUM 2000 Laser Twin is even faster. With an additional laser from below it obtains an improvement of the cycle time by up to 50 %. INSIGNUM 3000 Laser is a midrange model which can be used as a complete standalone marking system with integrated PCB loading and unloading. It is possible to mark large PCBs up to 508 × 508 mm. The high-end system in the series is the INSIGNUM 4000 Laser, which exhibits the highest precision at an impressive cycle time of less than 4.8 seconds per DMC (including handling). An integrated flip-station enhances the efficiency of the system even more.
