Product catalog summary
Description: The INSIGNUM 3000 Laser is an inline laser marking system designed for direct marking on PCBs. It features a laser assembly mounted on a servo-driven X/Y axis, allowing for precise marking of barcodes, datamatrix codes, text, or logos on PCBs.
Features: The system boasts a compact design and is a cost-effective solution for PCB marking. It supports marking on PCBs up to 508 × 508 mm and includes a servo-driven axis system.
Options: Available options include a fiducial camera, loader and unloader control, external flip station, manual loading via feed conveyor, side clamp, fibre laser, and exhaust system.
Machine Configuration: The transport height is adjustable to 850 mm ± 50 mm, with a maximum transport width of 508 mm. It interfaces with Siemens and SMEMA, and can transfer from left to right or vice versa.
Panel Dimensions: The system accommodates panels with lengths from 70 to 508 mm, widths from 50 to 508 mm, thicknesses from 0.8 to 3.0 mm, and weights up to 3 kg. It supports component heights up to 40 mm and solder resist coating.
Installation Requirements: The power supply is 230 V / 115 V, 50 / 60 Hz, with a power consumption of 0.69 kW. It requires an air supply of 6 bar and consumes less than 12 Nl/min.
Machine Description: The machine dimensions are 830 × 1550 × 1480 mm, with a maximum laser window of 105 × 105 mm. It supports various codes including Data Matrix ECC200, Code 39, Code 128, and 2/5 Interleaved, with a repeatability of ± 0.25 mm and a noise level below 75 dB.
Upgrades: The system can be networked via IC Net.

Automation Systems INSIGNUM Series - Power and Precision in Marking Automatic Laser Marking System INSIGNUM Laser Description The ASYS inline Laser Marking System, INSIGNUM 3000 Laser, is used for direct laser marking of solder resist on PCBs. The laser assembly is mounted above the transport system on a servo-driven X/Y axis. The PCB to be marked is taken over onto the transport system and transported into the marking position. The laser now moves to a pre-programmed position and marks the predefined content, such as barcode, datama-trix codes, plain text or logos onto the product.
