- Wetted Parts Material: The body is made from SS304, SS316, SS316L, and Duplex stainless steel (A890 for FW-2/FW-3). The window is made of tempered glass, the gasket is Teflon, and the impeller options include ABS plastic, PVDF, and PPS with 40% glass fiber.
- Temperature Limits: Vary by impeller material: ABS plastic up to 70°C, PVDF up to 100°C, and PPS+40% glass fiber up to 200°C.
- Pressure Limits: FW-1 supports up to 150 psig (10.34 bar), FW-2 up to 125 psig (8.62 bar), FW-3 is available for 15, 25, and 40 kg/cm² at 25°C water, and FW-4 supports 80 kg/cm² at 25°C water.
- Connection Types: Available in threaded and flange connections. Sizes for FW-1 and FW-2 range from 1/4” to 2” with thread NPT or PF (F); FW-3 is available in flange type only from 2” to 8”; FW-4 is available in 1/2” and 1 1/4” thread NPT female only.
