Sensor Technology
The transmitter uses the patented Ashcroft Si-Glas™ variable capacitance sensor, a MEMS sensor known for its sensitivity and long-term stability. It is digitally compensated using a reliable application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC).
Performance Characteristics- Accuracy Class: ±0.8% and ±0.4% F.S., including effects of linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability.
