- Digital Access: Real-time data access via ASCO Web/App (Premium and Diamond only).
- Data Retention: Last 30 days for Basic, unlimited for Premium and Diamond.
- Production and Machine Data: Includes hydraulic pressure, CO2 pressure, alarm protocols, operating hours, production data, and LCO2 consumption estimates.
- Production Quantities: Detailed data on production quantities and pellet sizes.
- Cost Benefits: Discounts on spare parts and service engineer hourly rates, with additional special conditions for Premium and Diamond packages.
- Additional Services: Annual service visit and software updates included in all packages.
