Description

The ASC 74C1 is a triaxial accelerometer utilizing piezoresistive technology, designed for independent axis operation in a 4-wire system. It complies with SAE J211 specifications and features a flat, hard anodized aluminum housing. Its compact cube form allows for easy mounting on various structures, making it ideal for lightweight applications. The sensor is highly shock-resistant due to integrated overload stops and offers excellent non-linearity over a wide frequency response. It is configured as a full Wheatstone bridge and comes with a 6-meter polyurethane cable.

Piezoresistive MEMS Technology

The accelerometer is based on advanced piezoresistive MEMS technology, suitable for low-frequency responses starting from 0Hz. The sensor element consists of monolithic resistors connected in a Wheatstone bridge, providing a proportional electrical signal to vibrations.
