GLASS SYRINGES Application: DGA glass syringes are used for the analysis of the dissolved gases in transformer oil, for monitoring the quality of the oil and determining the operating conditions as well as the condition of the equipment. The manufacturing process is made in accordance with the ISO Standards UNI 594 and 595. Capacities: 5 cc, 10 cc, 20 cc, 30 cc, 50 cc, 100 cc, 150 cc, 200 cc, 250 cc Raw material:  Neutral glass of first hydrolytic class. The glass rods are resistant to thermal shock, impacts, chemical corrosion and repeated sterilization.  Luer metal and Luer Lock tips are made of high-quality Swiss brass, Nickel or Chrome plated. Technical features:  Barrels and plungers are made at a controlled temperature to avoid the possibility of breaking due to inside pressure.  Frosted barrel ensures a perfect mating and a superior smoothness between barrel and plunger (available from 5 cc to 100 cc)  Serial number both on barrel and plunger enable the user not to interchange barrel and plunger after washing or sterilization.  Permanent and clear marking with graduations.  Customized logo upon request.  Two sides flat flange prevent from rolling.  Standard packaging is foam trays or individual white boxes.
