This is based on a combination of a specially designed stainless steel tube and our DA2000 pressure indicator. The special designed stainless steel tube is formed as a classical venturi tube form. It provides an optimal flow and thanks to the design, a clogging of measuring points is prevented. Because of this feature, we can offer an almost undisturbed flow. This is a considerable advantage compared to measuring methods which are based on measuring crosses or measuring flap, which makes a long-term measurement in industrial environment possible. Due to this design, we enable the monitoring of air transported objects / particles like fibers, polymers, cellulose, besides the measurement of liquids and gases. Field of application can be e.g. production processes in the textiles industry, which can be constantly monitored in different places to keep a constant level of efficiency. The EVR2000 is produced according to customer requirements, so nominal diameters and lengths are determined individually.
