This system erects Higgens fold-over style boxes at a rate of 10-15 boxes per minute. Side flaps can be friction tucked to provide a clean look. The MBE-SERIES will efficiently save space in almost any production or distribution environment. The MBE-SERIES is manufactured in the USA in accordance with ARPAC's Lean Manufacturing Process (AM2) to ensure quality, performance and value. Mode of Operation The system has a gravity magazine in which a stack of up to 150 blanks at a time can be held by adjustable side guides. A pneumatically activated vacuum system pulls one tray/ box at a time. As the tray/box is pulled down, it engages a series of plows erecting it. At the bottom station both side minor flaps are tucked in by two cylinders.
