ARO Station

ARO Station

Product catalog summary
Overview: The ARO Station is designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of transporting and securing hazardous materials. It supports three sizes of ARO diaphragm pumps (1”, 1-1/2”, or 2”) and can handle material flow rates from 5 to 30 cubic meters per hour (132 gpm). The station minimizes risks such as water hammer during tank pressurization.
Specifications: The ARO Station is constructed from high-density polyethylene, making it resistant to corrosion. It includes a drip collection tray with a capacity of 150 liters (39.6 gallons) and can be either free-standing or mobile with wheels. The standardized skid size measures 1200mm in length, 800mm in width, and 1230mm in height when closed.
Safety Features: ARO offers additional safety options including a leak detector to minimize air pollution, a heater to prevent freezing, and an alarm to monitor liquid levels and prevent the system from running dry.
Product Variants: The document lists various ARO Station models with different pump configurations and weights, ranging from 80 kg for an empty cabinet to 154 kg for a cabinet with a PD 20P-FKS-KTT pump.
Conclusion: The ARO Station provides a customizable and secure solution for chemical transfer, reducing leaks and fumes, and enhancing environmental and operator safety.

ARO Station-1

The ARO Station is a customized solution that houses an ARO® pump and piping in a durable housing in order to reduce leaks and fumes during chemical transfer from one container to another. ARO understands the importance of transporting and securing hazardous material and minimizing its exposure. The ARO Station can accommodate three different size pumps - the 1", 1-1/2" or 2" Expert Series (EXP) ARO diaphragm pump. With the capability to pump material from five to 30 cubic meters per hour (132 gpm), the ARO Station can be calibrated to pump the appropriate quantity for each application. Use of the ARO Station increases the safety of chemical installations during the unloading process by reducing risks of water hammer that occur during the pressurization of the tanks. Made of high-density polyethlylene that is impervious to corrosion Drip collection tray that holds up to 150 liters (39.6 gal) Free-standing or can be equipped with wheels for mobility Standardized skid size. Overall dimensions: 1200mm (47.25") length x 800mm (31.5") width x 1230mm (48.5") height when case is closed. ARO offers three add-ons to increase environmental and operator safety: Z A leak detector that communicates possible leakage, helping to minimize air pollution and risk from fumes Z A heater to prevent freezing in extreme situations Z An alarm that monitors the level of liquid in the tank and whether the system is running dry Contact your ARO representative for additional information.
