Die sehr schlanken ELEGANO® Schutzabdeckungen aus Teleskopblechen haben viele Vorteile: Die zu bewegenden Massen sind sehr gering und die Vorspannung auf der Abstreiflippe des Teleskopbleches wird nur bei Bedarf erzeugt. Das erhöht die prozesssicher erzielbare Beschleunigung der Achsen, verbessert das Fräsergebnis und spart Energie. Die Teleskopbleche werden gleichmäßig angepresst und bilden eine geschlossene, dichte Oberfläche. Heiße und scharfkantige Späne werden zuverlässig abgestreift. Im Vergleich zu marktüblichen Abdeckungen verringert sich der Lmin um ca. 50%. Außerdem ist die Bautiefe, im Maß senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung, um bis zu 15 mm reduziert.
