The remedy is the appropriate deburring solution. Oxide removal Edge rounding When cutting with oxygen, a thin layer of oxide settles on the edge of the material. Special brushes can remove this oxide layer. Quality edge rounding removes the sharp edge of either punched, laser, plasma or oxyfuel cut parts.
