--- 安裝與維謢建議 Installation & Maintenance Recommendations --- 1. 陶瓷電熱片是非常靈活的而且可用較大的寬度一體成型具有安裝容易、減少陶瓷帶來 的熱損失和人工安裝成本降低的效益。 2. 安裝前與操作時請將料管表面和電熱片撤底擦拭乾淨。因料管表面或電熱片上若有油污 或其他不明之液態污染物將會滲入陶瓷電熱片內在加熱後那些不明物質會碳化而碳 化物會造成陶瓷電熱片內之電線短路而導致陶瓷電熱片損壞。 ※主意安裝電熱片時請勿上油 以防短路。 3. 在固定陶瓷電熱片請不要將其鎖太緊固定時只要將螺絲鎖好至陶瓷電熱片在料管上用手 去推而推不動的力道便可 絕對不可以鎖太緊 因鎖太緊會導致陶瓷電熱片上之陶瓷碎裂。 。 陶瓷電熱片在加熱後會自然膨脹而去抓緊料管所以會有很好的接觸面。因此不用像鎖傳 統雲母電熱片那樣鎖得非常緊只需含住即可。 4. 為防止過熱或電熱片失效應該安裝適合的溫度控制器感溫線一定避免污染和檢查溫度 改變的反應壞的感溫線有可能造成整個加熱區域設備的毀壞。 5. 請參照陶瓷電熱片上之電壓規格配電。 6. 在電熱片沒有斷電前不要進行任何維修工作。 7. 錯誤接線是電熱片燒壞的普遍原因。請讓合格人員進行電熱片的電源接線。 8. 維謢機器時請小心避免被陶瓷電熱片表面溫度燙傷。 1.
