TECHNICAL DATA SHEET GREEN SEALANT SEALANT FOR PLAN SURFACES - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - CURE SPEED Product suitable for coupling quite precise surfaces, with max. clearance 0.30 mm. Specific for sealing complex shaped pieces in cast components. Recommended for hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general. Self-modelling product that creates seals of any shape. It replaces traditional seals on rigid joints. It has low mechanical strength, which facilitates the disassembly, and high thixotropy, which reduces the product migration during the application. It ensures the metal to metal contact over time, because there are no settling phenomena, which occurs instead in the conventional seals. It has high strength and seal against water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerating fluids, gas and vapours and chemical agents in general. - DIRECTIONS FOR USE All surfaces must be clean and dry. System MC217 is recommended. Apply product to the surfaces and assemble. Tighten bolts as required.
