SCIROCCO systems are powerful high quality thermal cleaning systems for recycling metal objects and tools by removing organic contamination. Fluidized bed technology provides fast, safe and efficient cleaning, suitable for high volume cleaning and applicable in paint stripping, plastic removal and rubber denuding. Parts are loaded in a carrier and submerged in the bubbling sand reservoir, which operates at 420-480 °C. Organic coatings are evaporated and oxidized without combustion occurring.
