These ovens are designed for the removal of plastics from various tools and components, paint stripping, cleaning of bakery plates, and recovery of electrical motors and transformers.
DIABLO systems are compact pyrolysis ovens with a controlled process for cleaning tools in a low-oxygen environment. They include integrated post-combustion and have a cycling time of 1.5 to 4 hours.
SANTANA systems operate on the same principle as DIABLO but are intended for larger parts. The reactor is preheated to a standby temperature before loading. Parts are loaded on trays or platforms that slide out for easy access. The cleaning cycle is automatic, with temperature and atmosphere control.
