The switchgear interlock is specifically designed as a mechanical interlock for electrical panels, utilizing a mechanical connection to the isolation lever for secure operation. The shaft movement directly interacts with the operation control system, ensuring efficient functionality. Constructed from high-quality nickel-plated brass, it is well-suited for use in corrosive, noncorrosive, or aggressive environments. The standard configuration features a clockwise rotation to insert the key, with an 90° anticlockwise option available upon request, offering flexibility to meet diverse operational requirements. Operation H50 switchgear interlocks are designed to be used as a mechanical interlock to control the operation on switchgears, through a mechanical connection of the shaft to the isolation equipment. The standard version is equipped with a square 9.5mm (0.37’’) x 22mm (0.86’’) used to be adapted to all kind of isolator. Inserting and turning the key 90° clockwise, moves the shaft to close. The free key can be used to operate on other interlocks to operate on a supply or to get access on a dangerous area.
