Sapphire Dome ARD Optics produce wide types of domes. We have ability to produce dome from different kind of materials, include sapphire, ZnSe and nearly all types of optical glass. Our Equipment allows us to process dome from radius 15 mm to 150mm, in this case we can keep the radius accuracy 0.01mm the dome wall thickness accuracy up to 0.02mm. We developed grinding and polishing special technology, for hyper spherical surfaces. Our domes has surface quality up to S/D-40/20 (according MIL-PRF-13830B standard) and surface flatness up to Lambda/4 (in any 50mm diameter). Our production has an ability to produce domes accordance with the customer`s request. Spherical optics Our company produces optical lenses of all types.
