Treatment speeds exceeding 200m/min. (per electrode head) can be achieved. The treatment clearance from the surface of the material is approx. 6-10mm. Design: The device comprises the semi-conductor generator with an external transformer for a generation of high-voltage and the electrode heads for the spark discharge (plasma). The connection between the transformer and the generator is of a plug-in design. The electrode heads are connected to the transformer by a hose which comprises the high-voltage and the compressed air lines. Both of the heads can be triggered separately, enabling them to be used on two separate production lines The electronics are of a modular design and the individual modules are of a plug-in design. The connections for the signal inputs and outputs are on connectors (industrial standard) so that they can be controlled via an overriding system. Subject to technical modifications.
