The device is very suitable for testing operations (laboratory) and small series or standby and repair use. Design: The device comprises a mobile pneumatic and electric housing. A burner which is to be manually guided is connected to the device by means of a flexible tube with a standard length of 3m. The burner is of a light-weight design and is equipped with a Piezo igniter which is integrated in the handle. The burner can be replaced by an annular burner by means of plug and screw couplings if special grooves are to the treated. The air supply is obtained from an installed blower which enables the flame output to be adjusted to between 30% and 100%, for example. Signal lamps for the operational status and buttons for the adjusting of the output are mounted on the front of the control system. An additional shelf can be mounted on the device for the burner, as can a balancer be used in order to fix the tube in position.
