Selection Instructions
1. Select the stud assembly from pages G-4 and G-5, the grommet and snap-on retaining ring from page G-7, and the receptacle from pages G-8 and G-9.
2. Choose a retaining washer from page G-6 for studs from length number 16.
3. Determine the stud length number based on total thickness using the formula and table on pages G-2 and G-3.

Stud Length Table
The table provides stud length numbers for various total thicknesses when using different types of grommets and receptacles. It includes specific ranges for flush mounting grommets and receptacles of types 1, 2, and 3.

Stud Assemblies
Various styles of stud assemblies are available, including slotted recess head, cross recess head, fixed wing head, and folding bail handle, all made from steel with zinc plating and CrVI-free clear passivation.
