Particular Features
The PT10 Series offers a maximum tensile strength of 1,200 N. It features easy and economical installation through a snap-in spring clip, allowing for tool-free installation of the stud and washer. The system can be operated by hand or tool, with a combination recess for tool operation. It opens with a 1/4 turn and closes with a finger push, accommodating a wide grip range.

Selection Instructions
1. Choose the stud assembly based on panel thickness (P) and the spring clip according to frame thickness (F).
2. Select compensating and retaining washers.
3. Determine the stud length number from panel thickness using the provided formula and table, and insert it into the stud part number.

Installation Dimensions and Instructions
The stud assemblies are available in slot-cross recess and wing head styles, made from stainless steel with washers in PA6 natural material. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C. The part numbers for these assemblies are 720S01-*B and 720S02-*B, with length numbers derived from the table.

Washer Specifications
Compensation washers are made from PU elastomer in yellow, and retaining washers from polyamide natural, both suitable for temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. Part numbers are 720W01-2K for compensation washers and 50E15-1K for retaining washers.

Spring Clip Specifications
Spring clips are made from stainless steel, suitable for frame thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 mm, and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +150°C. Part numbers vary based on frame thickness: 720R01-1B, 720R01-2B, 720R01-3B, and 720R01-4B. Note the restrictions these may impose on stud assemblies.
