Overview: This document provides technical specifications and options for Arcolectric's rotary switches, specifically the 9000 and 9100 series. These switches are designed for various applications with different configurations and ratings.

9000 Series Rotary Switches:

Specifications: Rated at 2A, 250Vac with a T85 temperature rating. UL certified for 65°C, file E45221, and RoHS compliant.
Design: A 4-position single pole switch with a nylon construction, featuring a threaded neck and a flatted 6.0mm diameter spindle. It has a positive detent action with 90° between index positions.
Functionality: Various circuits can be configured by altering supply and load connections. Suitable for class II appliances.
Options: Rotation stops can be specified to limit the number of switching positions. Panel cut-out accommodates thicknesses from 1.25 to 3.5mm.

9100 Series Pull Cord and Rotary Switches:

Specifications: Pull cord switches rated up to 16A, 250Vac; rotary switches rated up to 20A, 277Vac. Both series are RoHS compliant with a 3mm contact gap.
Design: Pull cord switches have 45º indexing, while rotary switches offer up to 6 positions at 30° intervals. Terminals are available in sizes 6.3 x 0.8mm and 4.8 x 0.8mm.
Functionality: The 9100 series offers a wide choice of switching circuits and can be stacked for more complex configurations. Custom spindles and anti-rotation stops are available.
Options: Custom circuits can be designed, and additional features like panel clearance spacers and custom spindles are available upon request.
