Application
H2 and H5 high-pressure screw pumps are designed for internal cooling of tools, chip removal, and control in machines such as multi-process vertical centers (VTL), deep borehole machines, machining centers, lubrication and hydraulic units, and for machining difficult materials.

Pump Specifications
The H2 and H5 pumps are three-screw pumps configured for vertical installation in tanks and deposits. They can be combined with different motors and have performance ranges in 10-bar increments.

H2: Pressure up to 60 bar, flow rate up to 650 l/min.
H5: Pressure up to 100 bar, flow rate up to 275 l/min.

Electric Motor
The pumps feature a fan-cooled, two-pole standard motor forming a monoblock group. They comply with EN 60034 standards and are CE marked. Key specifications include:

Pumped Liquids
The pumps are suitable for thin, non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibers, and should not chemically attack pump materials. Suitable liquids include water-based emulsions with at least 5% oil and lubricant/cutting oils. Viscosity range is 1 cSt to 400 cSt, and temperature range is 0°C to 60°C.

Operating Conditions
Permissible contamination includes a maximum grain size of 40 microns and particle content as per ISO 4406 20/18/15 and NAS 1638 –9. Suction pressure ranges from -0.5 to 10 bar, and pump speed is 2900-3500 rpm. Pumps must be protected by a relief valve to prevent overpressure and should not run dry.

Frequency Converter Integration
Pumps with integrated frequency converters offer energy savings, flexible operation, real demand control, and easy startup. They are particularly useful for adjusting flow and pressure to varying demands.
